Living with a life threatening condition is hard enough as it is, but when something happens to a child and no one is around to assist the medical personnel about their conditions, it can be scary. Taking care of a child with these kinds of medical conditions is hard enough for the caregiver, let alone a child’s day care provider, teacher, grandparent, etc. If something was to happen to your child who is in the care of someone else and no one was available to care for your child, how would anyone know that your child has an existing condition?
